Ally Melchiorre, MHScOT, OT Reg. (Ont.)

Occupational Therapist, Founder of StarsAlign Occupational Therapy

Biography

Hello, my name is Ally, and I’m a registered occupational therapist offering services to clients in Ontario in both English and French. I have experience working directly with adults, adolescents, and children with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, fine motor difficulties and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. I also provide consultative support to parents, helping to navigate challenges related to child development with confidence.

I strive to take a client-centred approach, focusing on collaborative goal setting and promoting lifestyle balance. Together, we can work on areas such as planning and organization, emotional regulation, sensory processing, routines, motor skills, social skills, confidence building, explore coping strategies and identify strategies to support attention and executive functioning.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, baking, cooking, going to the gym and watching Disney movies!
